Single-Origin Blends · Hand-Roasted Weekly
Every great cup begins with heat, time,
and the hands of someone who cares
enough to get it right.
ROAST & CO was built on a single conviction: that coffee deserves the same reverence as fine wine. We source green beans direct from family farms, roast in small batches each week, and ship within 48 hours of roasting. The difference is in the cup — and in the crema.
Each blend is crafted to a specific flavour profile — roasted fresh to order and dispatched the same week. No compromises. No shortcuts.
Our roastery bar is where the week's fresh batch meets its first cup. Every espresso pulled here is a live calibration — the way the crema breaks, the way the shot pulls long, tells us whether the roast is exactly right.
"We don't serve yesterday's roast.
We don't sell last week's batch."
Five deliberate steps. Each one visible, traceable, and unrepeatable.
Direct from farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil & Guatemala.
Green beans graded by altitude, soil profile & processing method.
Drum roaster, small 5kg batches. Curve logged by hand every time.
Every batch tested on the bar before it ships. No exceptions.
Dispatched within 48 hours of roasting. You taste it fresh.
Every batch begins in our drum roaster at a precise first-crack temperature. We log the roast curve by hand — not because we have to, but because the data keeps us honest. No two harvests are identical, so no two roast profiles should be either.
Green beans arrive directly from the farm — traceable to the altitude, the soil, and the hands that picked them. That traceability is not marketing. It is craft.
"A great espresso is not made at the machine.
It is made in the roastery, six days earlier."
— Head Roaster, ROAST & CO
ROAST & CO was founded in Dublin in 2018 by two friends who believed that exceptional coffee should not require a trip to a capital city or a membership card. We started with one drum roaster, one farmer in Ethiopia, and an unreasonable conviction about crema.
Six years on, we source from twelve farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, and Guatemala. Every farm we work with receives above-Fairtrade pricing — not as a marketing badge, but because it is the only way to guarantee quality year on year.
"The best coffee you have ever tasted
grew somewhere beautiful."
